Whilst Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) are not necessarily the best way to measure homeopathy as they have been designed to measure the effectiveness of pharmaceutical drugs that are purely about treating a particular symptom rather than the whole person, there have indeed been a number of positive outcomes from clinical trials into the effectiveness of homeopathy.
